You really should do yourself a favor and pay attention to this exceptional Surf Wagon. This wagon is sooo cool! All the cool features aside for a moment, this thing starts, runs, drives and shifts fantastic! With its new wiring, new clear speedometer lens, as well as all new exterior lenses and head lights, this wagon's lighting system is as crisp as the custom Grabber Green paint. Couple of unique lighting ques to point out is the interior has some very cool ambiance lighting for when your cruising around at night, parked at an evening car show, or hanging around the bonfire after night surfing. The Ford script on the back bed door also lights up when the brakes are applied.
I don't want to gloss over the beautiful paint (pun intended), but the quality Grabber Green base coat, clear coat paint that just pops with the flawless stainless trim is truly a stunning eye catcher. Once you see it your lured to the wagon and begin to notice the other features this wagon has to offer.
The inline 6 cylinder engine is nicely tuned and has a few nice performance enhancements such as an aluminum intake manifold, split exhaust headers, new carburetor and electronic ignition. The engine compartment is striking, asymmetrically painted valve cover, powder-coated headers, black heater components and body colored engine surround is very “Hotrod Tasteful”. The undercarriage is very clean and free of rust. The brakes are all new, and although they are drum, they work just fine. The mural on the panel sides gives a nod to the surf culture and is removable if desired. This is one of the cleanest, finest, coolest looking wagons around.
