Vehicle Description
The Lexus SC was a grand tourer that was retailed by Lexus and
built from 1991 through 2010. It features a front engine,
rear-wheel drive design and seating for up to four passengers. The
first-generation SC debuted as the V8-powered SC 400 in 1991, and
the I6-powered SC 300 was added in 1992. Both first-generation
models were produced until 2000. The second-generation model, the
SC 430, went into production in 2001. The SC 430 features a hardtop
convertible design and a V8 engine. The first-generation SC was
largely styled in California at Calty, and the second-generation SC
was mainly conceived at design studios in Europe. The SC430 debuted
in 2002 and was one of the first mass-produced convertibles with a
retractable hardtop that stowed easily with a simple push of a
button. This concept gave the customer a coupe feel during the bad
weather and a sporty drop top when the sun was shining and you
needed to catch some rays.

highly optioned 2003 Lexus SC430. The exterior is in Black Onyx and
has some mirrored like chrome accents on the color-keyed front
grille, door handles, and side mirrors all remain in like new
condition. The power-retractable aluminum hardtop is the most
eye-catching portion of this car takes it from a coupe to a
convertible in now time. The interior is in Ivory with the leather
seats holding their finish with no rips, tears, or holes. The
interior includes 10-way power heated front seats, 2-position
memory system for the driver's seat. There is a Walnut wood trim
which covers the center console, doors, and instrument panel. The
Lexus navigation system, as well as Mark Levinson audio system,
really put the luxury in this coupe. Powering this 430 is the 4.3L
DOHC SFI 32-valve V8 aluminum engine, with a 5-speed automatic
transmission. For comfort, this car has 4-wheel independent double
wishbone suspension, a front, and rear stabilizer bar all helping
the rear wheels really stick when you push this car around turns.
Service receipt show that within the last 7,000 miles, the 60K
service was performed and new tires and a battery were installed.
