MS CLASSIC CARS INVESTED A TOTAL OF $958.88 SERVICING THIS VEHICLE INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR.  AN INVOICE IS PICTURED BELOW THAT DOCUMENTS EVERYTHING.  MS CLASSIC CARS ALSO INVESTED $600.00 IN DETAILING THE VEHILCE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

 

STORY

AS MENTIONED ABOVE THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED, DESIGNED AND BUILT BY A GENTLEMAN NAMED RICK KLEIN WHO LIVES IN CANYON COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.  THE CODE NAME: RSK68 IS RICKS INITIALS AND THE YEAR OF THE CAR.  RICK PURCHASED THIS CAR IN THE EARLY 2000’S FROM A FRIEND AT WORK.  IT WAS AN ORIGINAL RUST FREE CALIFORNIA 1968 CAMARO RS/SS.  HE STARTED THE RESTORATION AND FINISHED IT ROUGHLY IN 2009.  HE INVESTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND TONS OF HOURS.  IT WAS TRULY A LABOR OF LOVE.  ONCE IT WAS COMPLETED HE ENJOYED THE CAR.  HE ATTENDED SHOW CARS AND ALSO AUTOCROSSING EVENTS.  HE ACTUALLY PLACED THIRD IN ONE EVENT AGAINST SOME TOUGH COMPETITION.  THE CAR WAS FEATURED IN CAMARO PERFORMERS IN 2011 AND IT WAS ALSO FEATURED WITH SUPER CHEVY IN 2011.  DURING THIS TIME THE CAR HAD A GM 407 V8.  AS THE TRENDS WERE GOING HE WANTED TO MODERNIZE THE ENGINE AND PURCHASED A GM LS3 V8.  THIS WASN’T JUST ANY LS3 BUT A BUILT LS3.  HE THEN ENJOYED THE CAR FOR AWHILE AND WITH RETIREMENT COMING UP SOON HE DECIDED TO LET IT GO.  HE SOLD THE CAR TO A GENTLEMAN WHO LIVED IN RANCHO SANTE FE, CALIFORNIA IN LATE 2014.  THIS GENTLEMAN IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO MAKE SOME MORE IMPROVEMENTS SO HE SENT THE CAR TO WELL-KNOWN HOT RODS AND CUSTOMS LOCATED IN ESCONDIDO, CALIFORNIA.  THEY DID A LOT OF UPGRADES TO THE CAR INCLUDING SERVICE WORKS AS WELL.  HE INVESTED OVER $15,000.00 WHICH IS FULLY DOCUMENTED WITH RECIEPTS.  THIS GENTLEMAN ENJOYED THE CAR FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS BUT NOT ENOUGH TO HOLD ON TO IT.  HE DEICDED TO SELL THE CAR AND MS CLASSIC CARS JUMPED ON THE OPPORTUNITY.
