Vehicle Description
With thousands of labor hours invested in this 1967 Ford Mustang
Custom Fastback, nothing has been overlooked. It is powered by a
351ci Windsor engine generating 450hp connected to a 6-speed manual
transmission. The engine and drivetrain were built by Aldridge
Motorsports. It's equipped with a McLeod Racing clutch and
bellhousing, custom Headman headers and Hushpower mufflers.
Features include a new power rack & pinion unit from Total Control
with custom A-arms and coilover shocks. For the front and rear,
Varishock shock absorbers with coilovers control installed
determine the ride height and amount of travel. The body work is
extensive. Every panel was modified. Door handles and all badges
were removed to add to the shaved sleek look with unbroken lines.
Mike Markovich was responsible for creating the custom-made
aluminum tube grille and fitted into the new fiberglass nose. The
entire rear end of the car was modified, hand-fabricated and
sculptured with a set of new Mustang LED bulbs. Rides on custom
one-off wheels. The taillight covers were hand-built. The bucket
seats are tan glove leather, as are the door panels. The custom
steering wheel is covered in the same glove leather as the rest of
the interior. A Kenwood double-DIN touchscreen computer-controlled
sound system features a 6.95-inch-wide VGA color LCD display with
LED backlight.
