Vehicle Description
This professionally built, show-quality, all-steel 1932 Ford Coupe
5-window wrapped in House of Kolor Oriental Blue paint is ready to
hit the shows or cruise the boulevard. The electronic fuel-injected
aluminum 409ci Chevy power plant was built by renowned racer and
engine builder, Lamar Walden, bored and stroked to 509ci boasting
600hp, and mated to a Turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission.
This piece also has subtle body modifications including a custom
chop, stretched and louvered hood and louvered rear trunk lid.
Riding on a Pete & Jakes chassis straight axle with four-bar
suspension, this hot rod has billet wheels with Wilwood disc front
brakes and rear drums governed by a SoCal master cylinder.
Additional features include two aluminum gas tanks (the front
operating as a reserve tank), Vega steering box and quintessential
quick-change rear - adding beauty and performance to this piece.
Every detail has been carefully arranged by the builders of this
car, Performance Center of Jupiter, FL. This custom hot rod has
noteworthy touches including a turned dash, glove box, chrome
window bezels, custom shifter knob, banjo steering wheel, and
Classic Instruments gauges with tachometer. Additional creature
comforts embodied within the Ferrari cuoio leather interior include
a back-up camera and a power rear window, which opens the cabin up
on beautiful summer days. With a build cost of over $239,000, this
1932 Ford is a beautifully finished rod that was built to show and
drive. Using some top-notch components, it has tons of personality
and curb appeal. Copies of receipts, build photos and dyno report
are included with the purchase.
