At the heart of this Transporter Campmobile is what appears to be the STRONG !! - FACTORY ORIGINAL !! - VERY DESIRABLE - Type 1 Dual Port 1600cc motor that is running very well indeed. The engine still retains its FACTORY ORIGINAL "Oil Bath" air cleaner that still has factory VW decals on it AND its factory valve covers !! The engine is backed by a - SMOOTH - four speed - transmission which is also functioning well. The suspension and drive line all seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. All of the exterior badging, bumpers, etc are in NICE condition !! Take a look at the VERY NICE - Factory Original Volkswagen steel wheels with Chrome VW hubcaps and FIVE BRAND NEW steel belted radial tires, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this Type 2 Transporter and really give it that CLEAN - "Factory Original" look !! Check out the picture of the ORIGINAL VW tool kit and pouch, TOO COOL !! All of the ORIGINAL light lenses and reflectors are clear, bright and BEAUTIFUL !! This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. I looked underneath and also included photos below. Again this is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Washington State - Idaho high mountain desert - Western Vehicle and it shows !! In my opinion your not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL FLOORS AND BODY MOUNTS !!
