showroom. This '73 Barracuda is powered by a 340-cubic inch V8
engine and is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission running to a
read end 3.23 gears. Options on this 1973 Plymouth Roadrunner
include: AM/FM Radio, CD layer, Cloth/Vinyl Interior, Raised White
Letters and Rally Wheels. The story of the Barracuda began 4 years
ago, as a 318 Cubic Inch motor with a 3-speed manual transmission.
In a few years, the car received professionally rebuilt and
installed 340 Cubic Inch V8 engine. The A833 4 speed manual
transmission was also rebuilt with a new heavy duty clutch
installed along with a new Hurst shifter box with a pistol grip. It
has an Edelbrock 1406 carburetor on top of a brand new Edelbrock
aluminum intake. The body was repainted in the original FE5 Tor Red
paint using a newer PPG clear. This paint pops in the sunlight and
will surely grab attention. The suspension was restored and
replaced the all new shocks with the rear being adjustable now.
Wiring harnesses were also replaced with new ones for classic
industries. This no expense spared restoration is a fantastic
