1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Restomod

We purchased this beautiful '57 Chevy in KY from the gentleman who
did the full nut & bolt restoration. By trade, this gentleman is a
millwright and his attention to precision obviously was applied
during this frame off, nut & bolt restoration. This car retains all
its original sheet metal, except for the floor pan, which was
repaired with a full pan replacement. The two-tone red with black
top paint is show quality and all the stainless trim and chrome are
in excellent condition as well; 90% of trim and bright-work is
original to the car. The engine is a fresh 468ci hooked up to a
700R4 od transmission with a 9" rear end, loaded with Moser axles.
All this is tied in with a 4-link suspension and mini-tubbed rear
end. During the restoration, all the new steering components and
suspension, along with body mounts, were replaced. All new 4-wheel
disc brakes were installed and finished off with billet
specialities wheels and Mickey Thompson radial tires. The interior
is all-new with custom leather and power bucket seats. Finally,
this sedan was treated to a new gauge cluster and crystal clear
glass.
