Right Hand Drive 1926 Dodge Bros Screenside Delivery Truck.
This vehicle is located in Whangarei, New Zealand and was restored by my Father-In-Law. We believe that the chassis and cab were exported by Dodge Brothers and the bodywork was then completed in New Zealand. The chassis is listed as 1926 and the body 1927.
Notes:
- Restored between 2007 and 2012.
- Bodywork fully dismantled ,inspected, and rebuilt
- Engine is totally original except that electrics converted from 6 volt to 12 volt by a previous owner
- Fuel supply is original vacuum pump
- All electrical wiring renewed
- Small direction indicators fitted
- Metal body-parts repaired by panel beater
- Wooden parts treated for borer and some renewed
- NZ vintage car club registered and NZ Transport registration issued
- Complete maintenance manual available
- Lots of spare parts including wheels, tires, tools and much more.
