Our Louisville Showroom proudly presents this fun little 1971 Honda
Z600 Coupe. The two-door Honda Z600 was a Kei Car designed and
built by Honda sold from 1970 to 1972, before the introduction of
the Civic in 1973. Marketed as the "sport coup" version of the
N600 "sedan", the two models were sold side by side at American
motorcycle dealerships until the first stand alone dealers opened
with the Civic on their lots. Total production was 40,586 units.
This cool little car has been treated to a complete rotisserie
restoration. Due to its small size, a set of engine stands were
utilized to perform the restoration. Try doing that with a big
heavy muscle car from the 60's or 70's! The 2 cylinder 600cc engine
and manual transmission were completely disassembled, cleaned then
rebuilt. The interior of this Z600 is also new as are the 10 inch
radial tires. To protect the new interior, the windows have been
tinted to keep out the harmful effects of the sun. While this may
strike you as a traditional classic, this little car is what
brought the automotive side of Honda to the US! Just imagine if
they hadn't made this leap. Options for this 1971 Honda Z600
include; vinyl interior, seat belts, 10 inch steel wheels with
radial tires. To view this 1971 Honda Z600 in greater detail,
