Vehicle Description
1972 NUMBERS MATCHING Camaro Z/28 Rally Sport This Camaro is a rare
piece of history. Due to a 174 day strike beginning April 7 1972,
no cars left Norwood Ohio, which was the only plant producing the
F-body. Because of this strike, the 72 Camaro was a low production
car on its own. In 1972, there were 11,364 RS Camaros produced, and
only 2,575 Z/28 Camaros produced. So there were even less Z/28
Rally Sports made, making this car ultra rare! This Camaro has
beautiful red paint with black stripes. The paint is in excellent
condition and it really pops against the black accents and
interior. All of the chrome and trim on this car are in great shape
and shine like new! The black interior is fresh and looks amazing
with no cracking or tears, including the bucket seats, center
console and even the dash! The body is solid and straight. The
floors and trunk pan are also solid and in amazing condition as
well! This Camaro is equipped with power steering and power front
disc brakes for a more enjoyable cruise. The engine bay has been
detailed nicely to feature the numbers matching 350ci LT1 backed by
the original Muncie 4 speed manual trans and matching 10 bolt rear
axle. This car has been restored to factory specs with many
original parts, including the correct exhaust manifolds,
distributor, intake, Holley 4bbl carb, and also the period correct
air cleaner, just as it would have come from the factory. This car
even retains the original smog equipment! These details make this
car a highly sought after Camaro for collectors! Questions about
