July 2, 1965, this 1965 Corvette Convertible is in particularly
nice condition, and comes with some nice features as well. This
car's paint is good-vg, looking to be just slightly older, and
showing a stunning, mile-deep shine. Convertible top looks to be
slightly older, and is good-vg with a vg-exc window. Chrome bumpers
show a newer finish, with vg fronts, and good-vg rears. Taillights
are vg, as is the weatherstripping. Knockoff style wheels are vg
with fair-good spinners, and radial whitewall tires show an average
of 9/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1965
Corvette Convertible shows newer vg leather seats, and vg correct
seatbelts, door panels, center console, and dash pads. Gauges are
good-vg, and a digital AM/FM radio with auxiliary input has been
added, along with a rear speakerbox featuring JL speakers, Red
Lloyd floor mats, and a center console-mounted cupholder. Indoor
cover is included as well. The engine in this 1965 Corvette
Convertible shows original casting date June 26, 1965, and final
assembly date June 29, 1965. Please note that this engine's stamp
pad appears to have been restamped, and therefore we are
advertising it as a restoration engine with matching numbers. Stamp
pad shows 365hp "HH" suffix, and 365hp air cleaner, carburetor,
intake manifold, and valve covers are all in place, along with
correct radiator hoses and hose clamps. Electric cooling fan has
been added. Engine compartment and frame have been nicely detailed,
and the frame is solid and rust-free. Please note at that this car
has a state assigned VIN tag from California, which shows the VIN
