Dodge B Series pickup. When was the last time you saw a 5 WINDOW
Dodge? The rare curved glass rear corner windows are an instant
crowd favorite. The curved glass is intact and in great condition.
These trucks are getting more and more difficult to find. If you
are fortunate enough to find one, odds are it will be a rust bucket
and need lots of metal work. This truck spent its life in Montana
and the condition of the steel is a testament to a salt free
environment. It would be virtually impossible to find a truck this
original and this solid for under $10k. No bondo. No rust beyond
surface. The ORIGINAL frame, bed, fenders, floors, and cab are in
excellent condition. The entire body is solid and unmolested.
People are paying big bucks these days to duplicate this perfect
patina. This truck is an excellent hot rod candidate and an even
better total restoration candidate. Any restorer will tell you that
rust and rust damage are the key unknown factor. You never know the
cost until you start blasting away 60 years worth of bad decisions
from previous owners. This truck has original paint! It is down to
bare metal nearly! This is the type of truck that people have to
see in order to believe. This is a restorers dream. There is a
small but repairable crinkle on the front passenger side fender. It
could be repaired easily. Unbelievably I am including a MATCHING
replacement with this truck!!! The ORIGINAL flathead 6 cylinder
engine was recently rebuilt! Many receipts accompany this truck. We
believe this the optional original floor mount manual transmission.
The previous owner went through all of the mechanicals on this
truck with the intent of using as a daily driver. All of the
mechanical work was done professionally and correctly. Owner
elected to leave system 6 volt. Our shop can give estimate to
convert to 12v. All instruments are working as they should. I would
not hesitate to drive this truck on a daily basis. Overall this
vehicle is in excellent and nearly unbelievable condition. This
