For sale in our Dallas showroom is a fantastic race car. Build for
the strip with occasional street duty this 1965 Mustang Fastback
was built to please those with a need for speed. Built with way
more horsepower than the factory tires could handle things needed
to change. The rear wheel wells were tubbed to accommodate the
tires needed to keep the power connected to the ground. With that
comes a roll cage to keep the body flex at bay as well as the added
safety. So what is putting out this power well a fully built 347
CID stroker V8 filled with Nitro Forged Pistons being fed by a
Demon carburetor sitting on top of an Edelbrock Victor Junior
intake manifold. Fuel is supplied from the 8 gallon fuel cell and a
Mallory electric fuel pump. The transmission is a speed manual and
a Ford 9 inch differential with 4.56:1 gears get you going quickly.
All of this building was done in 2015 so it is a fresh build. The
tuning was done exceptionally well as she will get up and go
without hesitation. Interior, paint and body were all redone with
some comfort in mind but a majority of the attention was about
going fast. The features include AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Leather
