For sale in our Chicago showroom is a survivor-quality 1966
Plymouth Valiant 2-Door. The Valiant was created by the Plymouth
Motor Division of Chrysler in 1960 as a compact that was beginning
to become popular in the late 1950's. The Valiant quickly became
popular for it's reliability and dependability and this little
beauty is no exception. This vehicle sports mostly original paint
and an immaculate interior that was covered with plastic from new
and still looks like the day it left the showroom floor. Even the
carpet and dash look fresh for being 50 years old. Take a peek
under the hood and you will be amazed at how nice and original this
car is. One of the best things about this Valiant is that it is
powered by the original 225 cubic inch "Slant Six" that was known
for durability and plenty of power. The 3 speed automatic
"Torqueflite" transmission also makes driving this car very easy
and pleasurable with it's smooth and precise shifting. Due to the
small engine displacement and light weight this car is also
economical even by today's standards. Located in our Chicago
showroom, this 1966 Plymouth Valiant can be seen including an HD
video and pictures at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional
