Karmann Ghia. The Volkswagen Karmann Ghia is a sports car marketed
as a coupe from 1955 to 1974 and convertible 1957 to 1974 body
styles by Volkswagen. The Karmann Ghia combined the chassis and
mechanicals of the Type 1 (Beetle) with styling by Luigi Segre of
the Italian carrozzeria Ghia and hand-built bodywork by the German
coach-builder Karmann. Under the hood of this one is a 1600 cc dual
port engine with a 3 speed auto stick. This vehicle is numbers
matching and garage kept the last 24 years in upstate New York. Has
many new parts like new belts, hoses, tires, and windows. Many nuts
and bolts have also been replaced keeping it a factory and original
