Business Coupe for sale is powered by a rebuilt 461 CID V8 engine,
backed by a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission, and running to a
10 bolt rear end with 2.74 gears. The engine started with a 454
block that was bored .030 over and in went 10:1 pistons, an Erson
hydraulic cam (.544 lift and .306 duration), Comp Cams roller
rockers, with an Edelbrock aluminum tunnel ram intake with two
Holley 600 CFM carburetors sitting on top. Some other nice upgrades
under the hood include a heavy duty aluminum radiator with a 3,600
cfm electric fan, March serpentine belt drive system, high flow
aluminum water pump, and a Mallory distributor. The exhaust
breathes through a set of Hooker ceramic coated headers into a dual
performance exhaust system with electric exhaust cutouts. This all
steel '48 Chevy looks stunning in a tri-color "House of Kolors"
Passion Pearl paint and will sure to draw attention wherever you
go. A few body modifications were done prior to paint for a custom
look that include a shaved trunk lid, rolled rear pan, hood seam
welded and Camaro vents installed in the hood, and PT Cruiser tail
lights installed in the rear. The interior is completely custom and
is done in silver vinyl with purple suede inserts throughout with
nice appointments consisting of a chrome tilt column, Grant
steering wheel, VDO gauges, Sunpro Tach, power seats, and a B&M
