1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Convertible
Another great driving car. The engine pulled hard and the brakes were excellent. I believe the suspension to be mostly original along with the wheel-well areas. The headlamps and wipers worked well. Many of the other electrical components on the car did not work. Windows had both manual and power operations but neither worked. The top did go up & down but it was slow. Much of the interior was new and I do not believe to be 100 authentic. Some fit & finish issues and there was some seepage coming from the engine. Also the a/c didnt work and the battery was dead.
The body panels did appear to be newer and not have much filler in them. Most of the car metered out between 10-30 mils. The thicker measurements came in the usual places; bottom of the doors and quarter panels. Odometer indicates 52185
