This style Packard was know as the bathtub for it's round fenders and futuristic bubble-like curb appeal. The car is powered by a 288/130 hp inline L-head 8 cylinder engine, mated to an automatic transmission with rear wheel drive. It has independent front suspension with coil spring and the rear has leaf springs with four wheel hydraulic brakes. The engine runs well and the transmission shifts smooth. Still has the original 6 volt electrical system. The car was restored 7 years ago. Painted in blue metallic base/ clear coat paint. Some minor chip touch ups. Straight, rust free body. Rechromed bumpers. New body weather stripping. New cloth interior. Interior woodwork has been restored. A rare touring 1950's classic. Great for weekend car shows
