1965 Ford Custom 2-dr. sedan. A fairly rare bottom series post 2-dr. sedan, but super rare with a factory 300 h.p. / 390 ci. ohv V8 with a 3-speed manual transmission and 3.0 rear end gear ratio. Not much else in options, AM radio. and heater. Someone wanted to go fast in this box top and was not worried about luxury. It is painted the original, Arcadian blue with blue standard interior. This clean Texas car was built in Texas and appears to have spent its life there. Typlical of a warm weather car from near the ocean, the paint could stand to be redone if you are looking for a high gloss over the current mat finish. There is minor rust in the rain gutters from the salt air/dew near the beach. Should be an easy fix, but we want to mention it. We are putting in new molded blue carpet as original and doing the seat inserts. It will look nice inside. Come see this car in person for a better understanding of what we have.
