Here we have a stunning 1949 Chevrolet Deluxe coupe that has been
built into the ultimate driver. Beginning with an excellent super
straight body with no rust issues the original drive train and
suspension were removed and replaced with a new Heidt's independent
front suspension with power rack and pinion steering and power disc
brakes. Not only does this give the car better steering and braking
characteristics it also greatly improves the handling quality on
the road. The body is arrow straight all over with a perfect fit
and finish and the two tone gray paint looks amazing. All chrome
and stainless have been replaced with new along with all glass and
weather stripping. The interior has been completely finished in new
also with all new gray upholstery, headliner and carpet. The dash
has been restored with new Dolphin gauges, Vintage Air and heat and
Pioneer CD player. The car also features power windows, tilt
steering column with Lecarra wheel and electric wipers. The drive
train consist of a new GM crate Ram Jet fuel injected 350 V8 backed
by a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission and 10 bolt chevy rear
axle. The car sits on a new set of 15" steel wheels, hubcaps and
trim rings with new wide white radial tires. This is a superb
driving car, very tight and sound with a smooth and reliable drive
