This is a really "COOL" 55 Chieftain that has undergone a complete custom build, which started out with a clean rust free car, painted a beautiful 2 tone - Deep Water Blue and Champagne, base coat clear coat sanded and wheeled smooth, re-chromed front and rear bumpers, new side view mirrors, new door handles, new headlight bezels, re-chromed hood bar and eyebrows, new hood bird, all window and side stainless is original which has been re-polished and in excellent shape, new front and rear window rubbers, new weather stripping and felts, new smoked glass - windshield, back glass and side glass.
New 2 tone tan custom leather interior - nicely outfitted with a pair of power bucket seats, seat belts with shoulder strap and center console up front, original rear seat was recovered, factory dash which has been reworked with Classic Instrumentation - speedo and gauge cluster, AM/FM/Ipod stereo, AC vents nicely mounted in dash, all new painless wiring, title column with shifter, 3 spoke banjo steering wheel, also was outfitted with RainGear multi-speed electric wipers, LoKar accelerator and brake pedals, power windows, trunk has been finished off to match interior.
Chassis was completely reworked with Fat Man front suspension kit, tubular upper and lower A-Arms, heavy duty sway bar, power rack and pinion steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes, 8.8 Ford rear end with 355 gear, all new springs and shocks, stainless lines, during build had a LS motor installed which gets 20 plus miles to the gallon, MSD programmable fuel injection kit with 4LE60 overdrive trans with MSD controller, factory headers into dual 3 inch Flowmaster with 2 1/2 inch tail pipes and chrome bel tips, Vintage - AC (air conditioning) and heat, custom aluminum radiator with shroud and electric fan.
Rides on a set of 17 inch chrome Ridler wheels with 225/50 all around.
