1964 Chevrolet Corvair Rampside Pickup in San Jose, California
American Motors Custom and Classics presents a unique find, a 1964
Chevrolet Corvair Rampside Pickup. This is a rare find as it is one
of only 851 produced for the 1964 model year; 1964 was the final
model year of production for the Rampside Pickup. This truck is in
great shape, the paint looks great, the interior is great, the
engine runs great, the gears shift smoothly, and the vehicle is fun
to drive! The paint is a light blue with dark blue highlights, with
the interior an off-white with dark blue upholstery. This truck is
a California black plate car and is believed to be an older
restoration. The glass is believed to be all original with the
exception of the windshield. The paint does have some imperfections
in it as well as the interior, however, for the age it is in great
shape. It has a 6 cylinder flat engine with a 4-speed manual
transmission. The trim and paint codes reveal that light blue was
the original exterior color with a fawn interior. The panels in the
interior appear to be the original color with the seats and some
other parts being changed to blue. It is also believed that the
dark blue "belt" on the exterior was originally painted white or a
similar light color. This is a truly unique truck. If you have any
