**** THIS VEHICLE WILL BE OFFERED FOR AUCTION AT THE GREENSBORO
CLASSIC CAR AUCTION - JULY 27 - JULY 29, 2017 **** This stunning
Classic Copper 1970 Z/28 Camaro has been frame off restored to an
impeccable standard inside, outside, and even underneath! The
restoration resulted in laser straight body panels before being
finished in a beautiful coat of its correct, trim tag matching,
code 67 Classic Copper paint. The high quality of the restoration
extends to the undercarriage, where every nut, bolt, and fastener
shining like new. Powering this beautiful Z/28 is the LT1 V8, which
pushes out an impressive 381 horsepower with its upgraded Comp
camshaft. The horsepower is routed to the rear tires via the Turbo
400 automatic transmission. The correct code 727 saddle interior
shows extremely well, and is beautifully restored from the
headliner to the carpet. The glass, trim, and chrome are also in
excellent condition. Additional features on this Z are an AM/FM
radio, power brakes and dual exhaust. Certified by renown Camaro
expert Jerry MacNeish, this Camaro was produced in the Norwood GM
assembly plant, in Ohio during the 4th week of April, 1970. It was
sold new on April 30, 1970 from Celozzi-Ettleson Chevrolet in
Elmhurst, IL. Included with the purchase of this Hendrick
Performance vehicle, is the rare opportunity for you and up to 3 of
your friends to tour and take delivery inside the breath-taking
Hendrick Heritage Center. Stepping inside this private museum, that
very few have had the privilege to experience, will take you back
in time to when the American muscle car ruled the streets, and show
you the story of Rick Hendrick's heritage and his amazing private
collection of rare and high-performance cars. Don't miss the chance
to own a truly immaculate example of a highly desirable muscle car!
