With only 2.482 produced, you don’t see these every day. They were the first convertible pickup produced since the Ford Model A! They feature a fixed roll bar and an easy to operate manual convertible top that folds neatly onto the bed. These trucks were only produced from 1989-1991 and were built by Dodge and then shipped down the road to ASC to have the convertible conversion done. The top can be folded down and covered with a boot, or completely removed for a really streamlined look. On the outside the Dakota convertible included an acrylic ram's head hood medallion plus added tape graphics on the body sides and tailgate. The interior is still in very good shape, with only the driver’s seat showing wear. Under the hood is the potent yet reliable 3.9 Liter V-6 and show no signs of molestation. The Chrome After market wheels added a little bling to this whip, but if they are not for you, the stock wheels come with it, and located in the bed.
