This is a 1953 Cadillac Coupe de Ville that was recently purchased by the Consingor. As described by him, it is a good driving car, being very enjoyable to drive while getting a lot of attention going down the road. Highly original, it retains the stock 331 cu. in. V-8 engine and the stock Hydra-Matic transmission. The speedometer doesn't work, but the vehicle includes a replacement unit. It also has the original radio plus an extra one. A new battery was recently installed following puchase by the current owner. He really likes the car and descibes the car as being mechanicaly sound, including the engine, transmission, and all components. It drives well on the surface streets and on the freeway and according to the owner, The more I drive it the better it seems to be mechanically.
