This beautiful Buick Electra 225 convertible has been partially restored. To the best of my knowledge it has received one repaint in the original color of Tampico Red that still shows beautifully, done a few years ago. It also has the original matching red leather interior, in very good condition.
I have recently done the following
New convertible top, with new pads, new rear glass window
New correct red carpet
New trunk carpet
New complete exhaust system with magna flow mufflers
New B.F. Goodrich radial wide white wall tires
Recent re chromed bumpers
To the best of my knowledge, I am the 4th owner
No known awards, although it is definitely a show worthy car. It gets many compliments, and thumbs up and WOW's wherever it goes.
This beautiful Buick is driven several times a month, my family and I really enjoy driving this car.
This car is a true pleasure to drive, it's a very sound well cared for car, garaged kept.
I have the original owner's manual, original owner's protection policy booklet, plus several original sales brochures, also the original operation book for the convertible top.
The car has a stereo system, partially hidden under the dash, plus it has a nice set of gauges under the dash - nicely done.
The body style is model 4867 convertible. The car is a 1961 Buick Electra 225 convertible with rare factory bucket seats.
The first owner took delivery on 10-06-60 as indicated in the owner's protection policy book
WOW, WOW, WOW. It has a lot of eye ball It's gorgeous. There are very few of these cars left.
