Vehicle Description
1969 Chevrolet Nova L78 SS Tribute Car
This is a tribute car geared towards an L78 SS Nova and built by a
body shop owner for a family member. It is a body off restoration
that is extremely well done with a show quality paint job.
The engine is badged on the air cleaner as a 396ci, but a fresh
built 454 actually lurks beneath making this a real sleeper (not
that the 396 was anything to sneeze at in it's own right!). It has
a T-10 4-speed manual transmission flowing to the ground through a
newly rebuilt rear-end with 3:31 gearing. A 4-barrel Holley
carburetor delivers the fuel, attached to an Edelbrock aluminum
intake, cast iron exhaust manifolds and a custom Flowmaster dual
exhaust. The car also has a brand new fuel tank and starter to
complete the package.
The interior is absolutely flawless and basically brand new. It has
power steering and disc brakes in the front, along with a tilt
steering column. An incredible JL audio system has been installed
with high quality speakers and amplifier that is stowed behind a
false wall in the trunk. It also has a full set of Auto Gauges
wrapped in stainless steel installed just below the dash/setereo
within easy view.
The exterior was taken down to bare metal and there are no dings,
dents or even scratches to be found on the vehicle. It is painted
to show quality in Chevy Hugger Orange paint and turns heads
wherever it goes. She sits on 14? SS Rally style wheels and BF
Goodrich Radial T/A tires.
This car needs absolutely nothing other than someone to start it up
and go. It is begging for Friday night cruise-ins, Saturday car
shows or just a nice, long Sunday drive.
It is being offered at the reduced price of only $32,900.00!
