My 64 ½ mustang is one of the earliest produced at the Dearborn, MI plant (first couple thousand made). It underwent a thorough restoration bringing it to a very high quality. I drive it fairly often to shows and short weekend trips and it is super clean, turn-key, reliable, and has every feature you need to drive it in comfort. 64 ½ mustangs are continually rising in value and becoming harder to find.

Drivetrain – 289 V8, Holley 4 Barrel, Edelbrock Intake, Aluminum Radiator/Electric Fan, Electronic Ignition, C4 Automatic Transmission, 3.50:1 Rear End, Dual Flowmasters. The drivetrain setup on my mustang is very nice. It starts up easy, has strong power with the 289/C4/3.50 rear, and drives very clean. Nicely detailed engine bay. I rate the drivetrain 9/10
Paint and Body – Gorgeous red base coat/clear coat exterior. Smooth, deep, rich, and is very nice even under high lighting. Underneath is neatly painted and is just as nice underneath as it is above. Floor and trunk pans are solid. Front part of the front floor pans (angles to the firewall) have been professionally welded, sealed, and painted. I rate paint and body 8.5/10
Interior – Entire interior restored to a very high quality. Doors and rear panel professionally painted gloss black, New vinyl on bucket seats, rear seat, and door panels. Nice carpet, Pristine headliner, Dash is impeccable, nice gauge cluster, vintage air venting professionally done, working 3 gauge set, Ken Harrison radio, Official Ford floor mats, all chrome pieces new, aftermarket console w/ cup holders. I rate the interior 9.5/10
Brakes and Suspension – Power front disc brakes, all new lines, new hydraulic lines. Entire suspension has been redone. New bushings, ball joints, tie rods, sway bar, springs, shocks, leaf springs. I rate brakes and suspension 9.5/10
Working vintage A/C blows cold, has multiple vents, compact sanden compressor, nicely routed lines, working heat, and switch panel
All mechanical items from emergency brake to speedometer to lights to door handles to radio to windows to wipers, to heater, etc. all work. It is a very functional car.
All exterior chrome trim is in beautiful condition, including new chrome-plated front and rear bumpers, grille, emblems, bezels. No pitting, not one dent, or hard scuffs on any of the trim.
Cooper radial tires with solid tread mounted on a set of new Eagle One Torque Thrust aluminum wheels.
Glass and weather stripping in very good shape.
