1972 Chevrolet Chevelle **BIG BLOCK** nice driver
EXTERIOR:
The black paint looks to be fairly recent. It shows very well with good shine. There are a few small rock chips on the front of the steel cowl induction hood, but no major dents or scratches. The body seems to be very solid with no signs of rust. The SS wheels and white letter tires are brand new. The windows are crack free and roll up and down without any fuss.
INTERIOR:
The black interior has some newer components and some of the factory stuff that is still in really good shape. Overall the interior looks very nice. The bench seat has very recent upholstery and the carpet looks pretty new as well. The car was a factory AC car. The seat belts are original to the car and are somewhat discolored, but all of them are functional. The aftermarket gauges and factory speedo are working and seem to be pretty accurate.
MECHANICAL:
Under the hood is a 402 ci big block Chevy that makes good power, but isn’t going to dominate at the drag strip. The powerglide transmission shifts well and does its job without any trouble. Power is transferred back to a 10-bolt rear end and manual drum brakes stop the car better than you’d expect. The power steering makes the car an easy one to drive at slow speeds.
Please don’t hesitate to call/text James at 469.4oo.9291 if you have any questions about the truck or would like specific photos. I have it advertised on a few other sites and will take this ad down without notice when it sells. Thanks for looking!!
