The Lincoln Mark VIII is a grand touring luxury coupe that was marketed and sold by Lincoln from 1993 to 1998. The successor of the Lincoln Continental Mark VII, the Mark VIII again shared underpinnings with the Ford Thunderbird and Mercury Cougar. In the late 1990s, the personal-luxury coupe segment saw a major decline in sales. Following the 1998 model year, the Mark VIII was discontinued without any replacement; its role in the Lincoln model line was largely filled by the V8-powered version of the Lincoln LS (a model that largely replaced the Lincoln Continental after 2002). As of the 2016 model year, the Mark VIII remains the last model of the Lincoln Mark series. As with the Lincoln Town Car and Continental, all examples of the Lincoln Mark VIII were assembled at the Wixom Assembly Plant in Wixom, Michigan.

According to the owner, this Mark VIII was kept inside through the winters and only driven in the warm months. When Lincoln came out with their LSC, Luxury Sports Coupe, they were not kidding. This is fun to drive and almost more fun to ride in with the comfort and capabilities of this Lincoln. This Mark VIII has the InTech 4.6L V8, the 4-valve DOHC version of the Modular engine was introduced in the 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII as the 4.6 L Four-Cam V8. Lincoln marketed the engine under the name InTech after 1995, with the 4-speed automatic transmission this car will take you where you need to go comfortably and quickly. The Midnight Black exterior has held very well and continues to shine and really accents the Ebony Euro leather interior. The Luxury portion of this LSC is not forgotten with heated seats, premium AM/FM stereo with cassette, and trunk mounted CD changer. Even though this car was not driven in the winter you would still be comfortable with the heated front seats.
