When Ford introduced the Ford Mustang in 1964 and instant love affair with the American Pony Car was born. The mustang was smaller, lighter, and more nimble that any American manufacturer had produced thus far. This coupled with its fresh design, the Ford Mustang became a must have among the American public. 1967 marked a pivotal year for the Mustang, as this was the first time since the first generation made its debut that vast changes were made to the Mustang. Making it larger and having many more engine options than before. It also eliminated some things that did not make sense. 1968 was just the same and by this point, Ford had found the next best thing and had very little for competition comparatively.

With very low mileage since the rebuild this muscle car sports the popular and powerful 302ci V8 pumping out near 230hp getting all of the power you can to the Firestone Super-Sport wide oval tires, and in this car is the 4-speed manual gearbox which is a rally-type transmission with four close-ratio forward speeds and a short throw. It's fully synchronized, so you can downshift while the car is moving. The very nicely done and ear correct Sunlit Gold with black accents that run down both sides towards the 2+2 Fastback which includes-Silent-Flo ventilation with roof quarter panel air outlets. The Black vinyl interior is in tremendous shape and really does not show any wear. The accessories are all functioning with the gauges and heat work, while some of the accessories with the convenience group which are signal lights that tell you, "seat belts", "parking brake", "low fuel", and "door ajar" some more of the options include the fold down rear seat, functional hood louvers with turn signal indicator lights and the recognizable for the GT fog lights as well as the GT wheels, and gas cap badges. This is one cool car fires up, and gets off running every time, certainly capable of taking anyone's breath away!
