1967 Plymouth Hemi GTX For Sale - 1 of Only 63 Produced, Factory 426 Hemi LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1967 Plymouth GTX. The Plymouth GTX was essentially a performance version of the normal Belvedere. What differentiated the two, aside from the engine of course, was a special grille, rear fascia, the “pit stop” fuel filler cap, and a heavy-duty suspension. The GTX was fitted standard with the Super Commando 440 but buys had the option to spend an extra $546 and replace the 440 with Chrysler’s 426 Hemi. This very original low mile 1967 Plymouth GTX was produced at the St. Louis Assembly Plant. It was factory fitted with the 426 Hemi engine and the 727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission, making it one of just 63 Hemi GTX automatics that were ever produced. This extremely rare, low mileage GTX, is also very well documented with two original broadcast sheets, 1982 actual mile title from Georgia as well as alabama title copy and Texas title copy, plus VIN decode sheet all accompanying the car. This GTX is an extremely rare, low original mileage Hemi car that is in overall wonderful condition. With the popularity of the famed Hemi engine making prices of the American icons that have them often shoot into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, this is a perfect way to own an original Hemi car with very low miles, without having to spend the crazy money.
