HISTORY:
“The Chevrolet Suburban is a full-size, extended-length sport utility vehicle from Chevrolet. It is the longest continuous use automobile nameplate in production, starting in 1935 for the 1935 U.S. model year, and has traditionally been one of General Motors' most profitable vehicles. The Suburban has been produced under the Chevrolet, Holden, and GMC marques until the GMC version was rebranded as the GMC Yukon XL. For most of its recent history, the Suburban has been a station wagon-bodied version of the Chevrolet pickup truck, including the Chevrolet C/K and Silverado series of truck-based vehicles. EXTERIOR:
-Taken down to bare metal and painted Midnight Black. Emblems and trim holes filled.
-New Ulta aftermarket wheels.
-New WildCat Radial tires.
-Large view chrome side mirrors.
-Chrome grill, headlight bezels, rear bumper, door handles and dual exhaust tips.
-Rare barn door rear cargo area.
INTERIOR:
-Full, high dollar, custom leather interior. New seats, carpet, panels and headliner.
-Power and heated seats!
-Custom made center console with diamond platting and cup holders.
-Billet column.
-Vintage era correct steering wheel.
-Aftermarket gauge cluster under dash.
-Restored and uncut dash with original gauge cluster.
-Great stereo/CD with six speakers.
MECHANICAL:
-Rebuilt Chevy Big Block. 4 Barrell. 25K Miles.
-Automatic transmission.
-Dual exhaust. (sounds amazing!)
-4x4 with locking hubs.
DISCLOSURE:
-There are a few minor chips / imperfections in the paint. (See detailed pictures)
-Some minor putting in chrome. (See detailed pictures)
-Odometer is currently not functioning.
Own this vintage Suburban at a fraction of the build cost. The cost of parts and restoration of these vehicles are increasing daily. They are not making any more and, therefore, they are becoming more rare by the day. Buy one complete and ensure your investment for the future. Doing a restoration / customization project on a Suburban like this would cost over $25K not including the vehicle itself.
