Vehicle Description
1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Town Sedan. Four door, V8/292, automatic,
with power steering. It has accumulated 156k miles. A one-family
car purchased on March 23, 1957 for $3,450.13 (comes with original
invoice, registration, and owner's manual). Manufactured in San
Jose, CA and spend most of it's life in Hanford, CA. Has always
been garaged or covered and shipped to Delaware four years ago.
Very original with exception for outside review mirror and an
Aah-Googah horn that my father had installed and that I replaced in
his memory. In 1980s (?) exterior repainted to match original
factory paint (mother did not want the two-tone and special ordered
the solid color), but interior paint is original. At same time the
headliner, upholstery, and carpeting (including trunk) was replace.
Very clean and babied by parents and now me. Time to let someone
else enjoy it since no family members to pass it on to. Email for
