This 1968 Dodge Dart Resto-Mod called "Blow Dart" was built by LexiJ, Inc/RMR Dreamcars for the Trick Flow Specialties booth at the 2016 SEMA show, and has not been displayed anywhere else. There are over 2,000 hours invested in building this car. This fresh build is ready for the 2017 show season. It features a SCAT 493 forged stroker engine complete with a Howard's cam, as well as Trick Flow heads and intake. It is shifted by a Kilduff Lightning Rods shifter and a 4L80e transmission. The Vortech supercharger pumps 8 lbs of boost through a Quick Fuel carburetor. Billet March Performance pulleys provide the serpentine belt system. The car features one-off rims by RMR Dreamcars. The stock dash is highlighted with modern Dakota Digital analog gauges. The interior is all from Legendary Auto Interiors and features their upgraded Rallye bucket seats for that modern Resto-Mod feel. SSBC Big Brakes provide superior braking. A completely adjustable QA1 suspension system was utilized with a Borgeson fast-ratio steering box and six-link rear suspension kit. Blow Dart has Schumacher Tri-Y headers feeding a Flowmaster exhaust system. The cabin's climate is controlled by Vintage Air. The car has custom paint with custom airbrush work, and all of the car's trim was wrinkle-finished. The stereo system has four speakers, two subwoofers, a five-channel amp and remote-control head unit. No expense was spared on this one.
