Worldwide Vintage Autos is pleased to present this 1959 Chevrolet Apache.  “The forward looking collector will note that classic pickup trucks are just getting started - and there are plenty of underpublicized specimens out there” Autoweek Magazine February 2016. We scour the country for vintage cars and trucks like this and we rarely come across one like this! You must see and drive this rare Apache! HISTORY The Chevrolet Task Force was Chevrolet's successor to the Advance Design trucks. The Task Force Series ran from late 1955 (second series) through 1959. -Truck was original solid CA truck, purchased in Riverside CA.
-Truck cam with every available option including V8 and automatic tranny, "big back window", windshield chrome, side and back glass chrome, box side chrome, deluxe heater and radio!
-BED is redone with Oak wood, stainless steel bed strips and stainless steel bolts.
-Original rear bumper re-chromed.

INTERIOR  -Interior turquoise and ivory.
-Retro sound gives modern music options without cutting dash. Stereo speakers are located in repro kick panels, no cutting doors!

MECHANICAL  -High output 327, 300 HP with fuelie dual hump heads, number indicates correct for 1964 to 1967 Chevy.  
-Turbo 350 automatic transmission. 
-70’s vintage Chevelle clip, with independent suspension, disc brakes.
-70’s vintage steering wheel with tilt.
-70’s vintage Chevelle rear axle.
