The Fabulous 1951 Hudson Hornet Convertible, one of only 500 manufactured and even rarer of those left on the road today. This two-door convertible was mechanically restored [with factory parts] in late 2015 AND currently has less than 5 miles since restoration. The well-known engine is powered by none other than the respected 308 with Hudson Twin-H Power. The cylinders are fed by a pair of single-barrel carburetors resting on top of a dual-intake manifold. The “lipstick” red exterior matches nicely with the clean red interior. This example represents the last of a personal collection, and is a readily drivable classic. The 1951 Hudson Hornet is an unforgettable racing legend, and a must have for any serious collector of American automobiles.
