Starting out with a clean southern car, this Del Ray was stripped down to the frame, sanded, prepped and carefully assembled to attain the highest quality. The body was long boarded for days to provide a laser straight, smooth surface for a deep, show quality paint finish. The chrome and bright work are new to compliment the restoration as is the glass. Under the hood is an impressive 550HP LS7 454 CID and one you won?t find duplicated anywhere else featuring power steering, power brakes and AC. The interior is comfortably done in classic Tweed cloth and features the Del Ray split bench seat. Classic Instruments handles all the gauges with a full array including RPM, Speedo, Oil Pressure, Volts, Fuel Level, and Engine temperature. The Lokar floor shifter is connected to a TH400 3 speed Automatic transmission. Wilwood drilled discs provide the stopping power on all 4 corners.
