GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1974 Chevrolet Camaro for purchase. The 2nd generation of Camaro's started in 1970 after only three years of the originals. As a response to the Pony car market's success the first generation was rushed out, and the 2nd generation had much more time for research, development, and a bigger production budget. The chassis and suspension were far more greatly refined in both performance and comfort. Production ran from 1970-1981, but government restrictions as the 70's progressed put a damper on the muscle car in the later years. Early 70's examples are still considered the height of the run of the very popular classic Camaro.
This '74 Camaro is a restomod in yellow with black interior. It has Z28 badging and the trim tag shows it as an original Z28 car. It was last purchased in 1995 as a New Mexico car. The recent work was completed in 2010 leaving this powerful build as a salute to the muscle car legends. It's powered by a 350 Chevy 4-bolt main block bored out to be a 383 stroker by Frontier Racing Engines. It was painted in 2010 with the 2010 Camaro Yellow, Rally Yellow. A lot of money was invested in this car to have it be a beastly good time behind the wheel. It has many great features including: bucket seats, B & M shift, Dart Pro aluminum heads, Competition Cams roller rockers, MSD ignition, MSD Pro Billet distributor, Edelbrock water pump, March performance pulleys, TSI Streetfighter TH 350 automatic transmission, Dakota digital gauges, Coan Racing torque convertor, 10-bolt posi rear end, classic stereo, and much more! This is some fun muscle ready to rock for its next owner! Please call or email for more details!
