The restoration took place in 2006, which is when the engine and transmission were rebuilt as well. The truck was painted with DuPont paint in the bright red and white, which is accented very nicely with the white pinstripe and Dodge white decal on the tailgate. The rear glass has been upgraded and features tinted glass and a sliding window. The interior features newer brown vinyl seats with a folding middle seat that also doubles as a console and an arm rest. The dash maintains its original configuration, and fits well with the rest of the interior including the wooden steering wheel.
