For Sale: 1929 Chevrolet 3-Window Pickup in O'Fallon, Illinois
This 1929 Chevrolet 3-Window Coupe is for sale in our Indianapolis Showroom. This '29 Chevy is powered by a 194 cubic inch 3.2L inline 6 cylinder engine backed by a 3-speed manual transmission. Options on this 1929 Chevrolet 3-Window Coupe include: Cloth Interior and Lester 4-ply Tires wrapped around Steel Wheels. This '29 Chevy Coupe is original as they come including the original drive train. This "barn find" was originally sold in Indiana and is un-restored aside from a repaint in the late '70's and an engine rebuild. Chevrolet introduced the inline 6 cylinder "Stovebolt" engine in 1929 in an effort to outsell Ford. The engine produced 50hp and was a huge success. The cast-iron Stovebolt was produced until 1936. The original steel body on this classic is very solid. The classic runs and drives out great. These early Chevrolets are extremely difficult to find in original condition. Most of these classics have been chopped, dropped and customized over the years. This is a rare opportunity to own an un-restored early Chevrolet survivor. The coupe is sure to impress at the local car show and would be a blast on Sunday cruises. This 1929 Chevrolet 3-Window Coupe for sale is located in our Indianapolis Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com, or call (317)688-1100 for additional information.
