This Spanish Red beauty boast a numbers matching high compression 400 cubic inch V8 engine factory rated at 350 horsepower and an incredible 440 lb. ft. of torque! This powerful setup propelled the 67 Cutlass 442 to 60 miles per hour in 6.5 seconds, and through the quarter mile in 14.1 seconds at 103 miles per hour. The 400 CID V8 engine is backed by the classic Turbo 400 automatic transmission, which is known for its strength and reliability. The power is put to the pavement via a posi-trac rear end! The name “442” came from these being muscle cars with a 400 CID engine, 4 barrel carburetor, and dual (2) exhaust. They came equipped with red line tires, better handling suspension, and 442 badging on top of the upgraded power numbers.
