For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is an original two owner 6.6L 400ci Shaker Ram Air Injected 1978 Pontiac Trans Am. With a glossy white exterior, and a blue interior; this car was special ordered from the dealer with a red trimmed trans am bird on the hood. This iconic hood decal was normally blue with the white color option, giving this one a special touch. This unmolested Tran Am was purchased from the original owner in Arizona back in 2015. She actually traded in her mustang in for this one back in 1978; she always wanted one of these bad to the bone Trans Ams. There has been a couple of exterior paint touch ups done over the years, which is to be expected with rock chips etc… The interior was redone to factory spec with a new head liner, seats, carpet, and rear truck deck. Everything else in the interior is original including the dash and door panels. New seals for the windows, doors, and trunk were also replaced making nice and tight closings and fitments. The TH350 transmission has also been recently rebuilt with a mild shift kit for longevity and drivability. The A/C blows nice and cold with a retrofitted R134A system.
