The Mustang generation was born in April 1964 and thus referred to as 1964 1/2 models and quickly gained acceptance by the general public. Lee Iacocca was the Vice President of Ford at the time and referred to the popularity of the Mustang craze as a "Home Run" for Ford. The little 4-seater 2-door car was soon seen everywhere and was the most successful launch by ford since the Model A. This 1966 Ford Mustang is an example of why California cars are so desirable. Made in the San Jose, CA plant this mustang spent most of its life in captivity in CA. Very clean straight body w/ a beautiful Springtime Yellow paint. Black vinyl top help keep this nice looking Mustang unique. If you are on the hunt for a taste of real American muscle, look no further, introducing the 1965 Ford GT Mustang. Fully Loaded with a 289 High Performance Engine producing a powerful 225HP. The GT option has a different instrument panel then most Fords vehicle’s, which includes a speedometer, fuel gauge, temp gauge, oil pressure gauge, and ammeter in five round dials which are all original. Fully leather interior with wood on the dash (Original). Also fully original exhaust for that true American Muscle car sound. Comes with a set of 4 BFGoodRich Tires with a nice classic red trim to catch the eyes of car enthusiast from all around.
