For sale in our Dallas showroom is a replica of a legend. Only 5 actual 1963 Grand Sport Corvettes where built. They were built with only one thing in mind….Racing! Our offering for you today is of the same mindset. A D&D Corvette replica built to race. A nicely formed body and a tube frame chassis utilizing C4 Corvette suspension and differential components. The brakes come from the ever popular C5 Z06 so you know scrubbing off speed won’t be an issue. The power plant is a Chevy 383 stroker with a Holley Double Pumper carburetor on top of Brodix aluminum intake manifold. The 383 was put together using JE 12:1 compression pistons, Crower Rods, and a Cola Crankshaft. The cylinder heads are Brodix Track One units. Headman headers were attached to channel the exhaust and exit through the D&D side pipes. American Racing wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson ET street tires 295/45/17’s keep all four corners glued to the ground. The features include….well who are we kidding this is a race car there are no features.
