This vehicle is not only equipped with what is believed to be the numbers matching 350 Cubic Inch Chevrolet small-block but also is documented with the original build sheet! This car was built in Van Nuys California and delivered to Empire Chevrolet in Novato California and that's where this beauty has stayed until recently. Thanks to the climate in California this car still has the original sheet metal that was stamped at the Van Nuys plant 44+ years ago and everything fits fantastic. These cars come to market often but having one that has survived in the California sunshine for all of this time is rather remarkable. The interior of this SS has been restored back to its original luster and comfort and the underside, floors and under the doors are truly remarkable. The engine has been rebuilt and balanced and sounds fantastic. There is no mistaking that sound of a correct running 350 and this one just sings. Upgrades include a Demon carburetor, Edelbrock intake, HEI ignition and coated headers running back to a custom X exhaust system. The transmission has also been rebuilt with a shift kit for precise up-shifting and features new 4:11 gears and new shocks.
