We now have this eye catching 1970 Corvette convertible in stock. It has been painted in PPG Royal Blue Metallic but was originally Mulsanne Blue, a slightly different shade of blue. It is an original 350/350 hp car with a 4 speed that has a replacement 350 motor. It has new wheels and KUMHO tires that have less than 200 miles on them with 235/50ZR17 on front and 245/50ZR17 on the rear. It also has an upgraded AM/FM cassette radio with extra speakers in the rear under the deck lid. We have just installed a new Dewitt’s aluminum (stock fit) radiator with a new water pump and upper and lower radiator hoses as well as a new ignition switch. The black vinyl interior is in very nice condition. The Royal Blue Metallic paint looks great against the black interior, block top, and is topped off with the chrome wheels and nice chrome front and rear bumpers. It definitely gets attention!! Only 6,648 convertibles were made in 1970 and only 4,383 total cars (coupe and convertible) were equipped with the four speed. The car runs and drives very well, only the windshield wipers are nonfunctional at this time. These “chrome bumper” convertibles are becoming more and more desirable, and we continue to see prices rise with the increasing demand. This car is a true value being offered at only $18,900.
