Selling due to family health costs. 1979 was the first year of the 2000 engine and the last year it was carbureted. The benefit of this engine is that it’s the largest there was in the Spider lineup. Many say that 1979 was the best of all the years, and one of the most reliable. And this car is a RARE automatic version. The car was bought and kept in garage by the original owner through 2015 by an elderly couple in Georgia up until I brought it to Florida last year.
