GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present 1962 Oldsmobile F-85
Convertible for purchase. While hard to believe with the size of
the F-85, with Cutlass as a trim option, was a compact car when
introduced in 1961. It's new unibody construction (Y-body platform)
allowed the vehicle to be significantly smaller making it a lot
more efficient. The first generation is an interesting collector
piece as it still has flowing lines from the 50's with cues of
mid-60's styling to come. The convertible was introduced in 1962
making sights of these very rare today in the collector world.
This '62 F-85 Convertible in Black with Red interior catches your
eye with unique styling in this rarely found body style. It's
originally a California car that was purchased and professionally
restored in 2006. It's powered by a 1962 Buick 215ci V8 engine
(which is basically period correct) and automatic transmission. It
features a power convertible top, aftermarket gauges in the
console, bucket seats, and much more! This is a professionally
restored really cool open air classic that we hold a lot of
receipts and documentation for. Please call or email for more
details!
